(probably you already heard the news... but i just felt like writing that one ^^'')

...long time ago...
Darkness was torn by long painful shriek. In it’s middle, white, motionless body was lying, floating... Gentle and cold, the cloudy fingers of darkness were touching it, taking last drops of warmth from slender corpse. The last signs of life, tears on pale face, were freezing into sparkling, sad crystals. Darkness was slowly taking what was once alive, white skin was changing into grey and slowly, slowly began to fade...
They say, when noble soul dies, world itself shed its tears, but this time, there was no world anymore and darknes was again and again filled with scream of dying ones...

...nowadays...
She sat under the old tree, exhausted, covered with blood and dust. "Deshmiriai, baka!" she murmured, "I told you that those lizards are too much for the two of us."
Deshmiriai grinned happily - "Don't worry, silly girl, we are doing great!" He sat next to her, unfastening thongs on his armor. "Besides that, Eva is protecting us, what could happen."
Priestess laughed. "Deshmi, Deshmi, you silly silly elf. You know that the Light One has better things to do than guarding two little elves." Suddenly the smile disappeared. "Anyway sometimes I really doubt that she is staying in this cursed world..."
The knight smiled sadly. "Rather than leading these discussions, take a nap, I will stay on guard meanwhile. You look so tired..."
"No way! I am just all right! now come and let's kill more of those greenies!" She jumped up and ran towards lizardmens' dwelling. She didn't want him to see it, but Deshmiriai noticed anyway. She was almost crying again, so lost in this unfamiliar world.

In her meditation, searching for rays of Eva's light, Loinnir was floating through darkness. Suddenly, something warm touched her hand. In surprise, she jumped aside, watching the hand that formed from darkness. After the hand, an arm came, then body and second arm, and head and legs with feet. First it was all shivering and she wasn't able to recognize person dressed in steel and gold, but when he spoken first words, she immediately recognized him.
"Hello priestess!" Former emperor of Shadowlands said merrily.
"A... Alexdan..." she couldn't believe her eyes. "I thought you are gone forever!"
"Not so really, not so really." He shrugged. "I couldn't let Shadowlands die..."
"Does that mean -"
"Within two weeks, the gate to Shadowland will open again."
Loinnir smiled widely, then she became serious again. "I don't believe it, until I see it with my own very eyes..."
"Just wait and you will see, Loi. Just wait." Emperor started fading in the darkness again.
"Glad to see you again," she said with happy smile.
Darkness didn't respond anymore.

Loinnir was sitting on bench in front of the house, enjoying warm sun, smiling.
"Why so happy, dear?" Sumizome asked, when he sat next to her.
"I will tell you a secret, sweety," she said.
He smiled as she was smiling, when she told him everything. "I just hope whole clan will go," he whispered. "You know... it's either whole Atlant1s, or noone."
"I know," she nodded. "But don't worry... they will go. They will"

Man was sitting on a bench in the castle's courtyard ... he still felt new to this place ... for truth he still was new ... he watched his new companions talking and arguing about traveling back to Shadowlands ... lands of mystery ... but for some lands of misery. He knew that he will follow them whereever they will go ... they were already his family , but he could not stop thinking how much trouble will they go through. Comming back to Shadowlands ... that seemed impossible ... old friends ... old faces ... for many that would be the only reason to do it. But there were much more on stake. Who knows what will happen ... what could happen ... and what changed in the Shadowlands. Man could not stop thinking that he likes his hew home. Maybe here's none of Shadowlands fameous mind refreshing potions , maybe it takes longer to get more strenght ... but for that man everything that matters is his company. And it was Roxy that gave him a chance to find a place of his own ... his new family ... in that castle.

And he was still curious how much it hurts to change his sex ... that he would have to do if he would travel back to Shadowlands following his friends.

When the land of shadow was ripped apart by an unknown
force all have suffered and many mourned for their home
was taken away. Many adventures, good and bad times
have found a home in their memories. Many of our brothers
couldnt tell the difference from reality and dream. This was
a nightmare. After a while many have started to look for
a new home and hoped to meet the old friends and make
some good new ones on the new lands. The journey was
long and hard. Then a star blinked. A very distant one. A
few looked up on the star and went in that dorection. The
land they found is called Roxy and the ruler Duke. We tried
to find out how it is to live there. After a while some thought
this land is much better than all the others. We started anew
after a while. It was hard for there were no technological
conveniences. We liked it more and more there. A bit earlier
some of us agreed that if the land of Shadow wont come
back in some time we all will keep it in our hearts and minds
but only as a good memory. It was a great adventure and
an awesome time that cannot be repeated. The life of Roxy
started bringing new thoughts. New threats and enemies
occured although old friends were also there. No new ones
as for now have been met though many souls live the land.
The threats get closer but also they get smaller as we aproach
working hard to get new abilities, technologies, armament.
The life is going good though sometimes is getting boring.
When i bring up the memories of splendor on Shadowland
and compare it to the feelings of working hard on Roxy i see
That most of our deeds had no meaning where souls were
overwhelmed with power from emperor Alexdan and all the
prizes and happiness brought from the hard work where none
can get specialities from Duke. The memories of all the friends
and fun times hipnotize and draw me to the Shadowland but
my concious tells me that Roxy is my home now...what to pick.
I will do as all AngerNar will do for we are one...what will be
the decision...

Few simple words.
Alexdan is not a Emperor.He is only greedy Italian boy that doesnt care about players.
Have u ever seen a gm online on Shadow? Online and avilable for average players, not only for donators and Romanian asslickers?
I dont want put my feets to the same river twice.
Shadow is dead, long life for Roxxy!

But the technical issues are not the biggest concern for me. First - lots of "work" i've made was based on asummption, that Shadow will be shit (sory typo - shut) down forever. And now what? A spark of "hope" and I will throw everything and go back? No way.

Second - if rumors (and multimutated gossips) about Shad Admin's Donatorwhoreness are true, then going back there is somewhat like saying "Alexdan/Drake, you are doing good to be such an unbalance friendly donator whore" ;) or something. Of course, we cannot be angry for them for support requirement - server costs are not a 'hamburger-a-day' comparable (an even if the are ...).

I will folow the gang. But I politely insist - don't make the castle look like Wild-Gypsy-Wandering-Camp. :twisted:

Sad but true - i liked shadow, but i made a decision not to go back. I do not flame Your joy - I'm just a sceptic. And I'm trying to be consequent - which is NOT my strongest attribute (Yes, I am still sober :D).

About work - some of us (excluding me :P) have produced tremendous ammout of sweat and blood on Shadow, so I really understand their will to go back.

Be careful, patient and do not trust is Shadowlands so strong. Calm the emotions. Think clear. Made a decision. Its only a game.

Ask for bans on Romanians request.

You said that Alexdan was helpfull?
I cant agree with you, information "there is no gm online that provides customer service" from system speak was standard.Im talking about average players, not about well known ppl in server community.
GM online should be visible and and accesible for all players.

About sieges? The same "changes" on Shadow... But have you seen any normal , not-buuged siege on Shadow in last days.Anger Nar lost castle
twice due to stupid bugs and changes made by Alexdan.
He simply couldnt lik sieges and 7th Signs propretly, because he didnt care about it.

Another think - server, where are no active gm at weekend (most playable periond of whole week) is a dead server for me.I have time to play at weekends, so i really hate , when serwer is down for few hours, because nobody cares about it.

And at last - Few rumors about FBI in USA and he made a tactic "duck and cover".He didnt explain anythin. He is coward i think, and he will make the same in future.

That are a reason that im sick enought for Shadow and whoe Dragon Network and i react a little to strong for any "come back suggestions".

I think, you should consider that decision about come back to Shadow.

well i was a little overreacted aswell...

but i still cannot agree about that unhelpfullness. long time before i became - as you call it - "well known person in server community" i had several dealings with alexdan - either in game when reporting scammer, or when not caught, reporting to forum - anyway, it was told in announcements, for any questions pm on forum and i have to say, since the very beginning of server every question i asked for my clan or ally has been asnwered.

we entered roxy just because of people i knew that are here but talking about server itself, i became strongly disappointed soon. server community - none. it was necessarity of having three more characters to run main character's equipment (three more spoilers mainly) was the reason why almost half of the younger atlant1s left in the beginning. roxy was simply killing atlant1s, everyone spent most of time with his dorf (i HATE dorfs now! i... hate... them... so... much...) just to be able to give at least some materials to cwh and it completely broke clan policy. who cares that we finished several B sets if clan was dying. and last patch was last drop to the cup of our patience, because since then half of atlant1s isn't even able to log in anymore - no matter if they reinstalled windows or whatsoever. shortly said, we would leave roxy anyway. leave it or disappear.

and why back to shadow - well, maybe pride? pride of what we built? we gave so much time, sweat, blood (well i really got injured once or twice when dealing about shadow things, but mostly coz of my own stupidity ^^'') and emotions in my case to that shadow thingie. we finally left that part where it goes for survival and got to the "ok guys, now we can finally enjoy results of our hard work" part. part when you make all B grade sets for your dorfie just because you want them (i strongly doubt that i will be willing to see any of my dorfies again... i still hate them... >.<)... there was still lot of things to do and we simply want to finish it. some time ago tarantula said that shadow is his last server - if he leaves shadow, he will leave lineage, start proper life and bring up several little tarantulas... so now, he's going back, because that forced and unpleasant vacation wasn't actually leaving... we know pretty sure what we want.

anyway, 'tis not some advertisement, convincing or whatsoever ^^ just wanna to see others our reasons ^^''

We - AngerNar are one body. Just like my brother Belgor said, Shadowlands it's just a good old memory for most of us. I'm sure, we'll have some discussion, probably very hot and hard as always. Evry realm has it's bad and good sides and there is nothing to conversate about. The problem is how much Roxy realm became our home.

Please Loinnir take my words to Alexdan:
"Good luck for You and for Shadowland. Thank you for chance playing there. That was really good fun."

i silently hope your discussion might lead back to shadow ^^' i really enjoyed moments when i played with anger nar and i am simply just selfish in some things, i want everything good in one place... anyway... whatever will be your decision, good luck
